Visa for a 5 year old niece

Hello
I am inviting my parents and my niece (she is 6 years old) to visit us in the US. The reason my niece wants to visit is to see Disneyland and enjoy her summer vacation. What are the chances that she will get visitor visa. What documents are needed to show that she will go back in 3 months.

Also they (my parents and my niece) are Appling for the visa at the same time. Will this affect my parents visa approval as well?

Any help/experience with this regard will be great.

Niece visa

Hi,

I am in the similar situation, I am also planning to call my parents and my niece. I got several contradicting answers
1. As advice, each case our considered individually
2. Some suggested if neice visa is applied than, and there are chances for rejection,as neice can be showed as one of the ties to go back to India for grand parents. and prority is to have my parenst visa to be approved

I have taken my parents visa appointment for now,once I will get the my parents visa approval, I will immediately apply for my neice, she will be represented by my brother and sister in law in interview with NOC and her school leaves and vacation approval from school adn all other documents as suggested on the site.

In that we are taking risk for her travelling alone one way and will return with my parents, if all goes well as plan.
