We are expecting and I need help!

I am in serious need of some direction please!

I am a US citizen in Texas living on the border. My girlfriend lives in Reynosa Mexico. We just found out she is 10 weeks pregnant! We want to get married soon and her to live here, and eventually be able to also work.

Right now she has a B1/B2 visa that expires 6/2016. She visits me every weekend, but then returns. So what should the best course of action here? Change of status? K3? What about the baby? Should I (can I) put them on my insurance plan through work to pay for the delivery or wait? Should we get married in Mexico now... she wants to lol..? Help! I'm so stressed!

Congratulations! You sound very excited

You would file for a K1 visa (Fiance visa) and once she is approved and arrives here you have a 3 month window to marry and then once married you can file for her change of status.
