can the entire family go to embassy at once for visitor visa

Hi,Myself ,my husband and my child are planning to go to Unites states of america on Visiting Visa as my sister is styaing there.My question is My husband got H1 STAMPED LONG BACK but he did not go to U.S.A. BECAUSE there is a slag in U.S DUE TO w.t.c Struck.Ofcrs the H1B visa got expired long back.Even i got
H1 PAPERS at the same time , but i did not go for stamping .i have doubdt that can the entire family can gofor b2 stamping at the same time, since my husband had H1 1does the embassy guy rejects or give us the VISA. can any one please answer as early as possible
