I am on H1 status in US.my son is in india, he born in india only. we want to bring my son to U.S, my aunty is bringing my son, i got the HDFC bank reciept with my son's name,
when i am trying to take appointment (spouse/child of person working in the U.S)it is showing like Dates are not available.if reciept is in my sons name, can i take the appointment in visitors visa category?

pls.......let me know how to take the appointment for my son(H4) my sons age is 2yrs 6months , my aunty ( visitors visa).
is one HDFC bank reciept is enough or both should take individual appointments?
can i add my son with my aunty's appointment/ can i add my aunty with my son's appointment?

I don't think your kid will get visa if he/she is attending the interview with his/her aunt. Mother should be present with the Kid at the time of interview thats what I know and one of my friend experienced the same problem even the kids father attended the interview at the same time. They informed that the monther should be present when the kid is going for an interview. It is better to call the embassy and confirm the requirements.
