Is translation required for Property papers ??!?!

If the applicants property papers are in the local language do they need to get it translated into english ? If so who is authorized to do so and how do they go about doing it ?

Anybody have similar experience ?

PS: I am sponsoring the applicants and have already provided the I-134 and supporting docs. Do the applicants still need to provide proof of financial standing ? Perhaps they don't need to worry about getting the property papers translated ?

No need to translate each paper of the property doc. Craete one affidavit in English detailing all the property and land details with appx cost and notarised.
