I-134 - Item#3 'Name of Spouse and Children accompanying or following to join person'

I am applying for Vistor Visa as a family application for my parents and my sister. I came to know i have to fill separate I-134 form for each person. However I am stuck in Item#3 - 'Name of Spouse and Children accompanying or following to join person'

My Sister is 27 years old.
Please guide me to fill item#3 - 'Name of Spouse and Children accompanying or following to join person' for my Father's , Mother's and Sister's I-134 application.
