what are the chances that i can sponser my elder sister to visit me here in US for a couple months?
She is 31, single and she has a very low paying teaching job in india. my parents visited me last year , they had no problems getting the visa.
i know she is a high risk person but i really want her to see US. ANY ADVICE WILL BE HIGHLY APPRECIATED!!!!

try to show strong ties to India. My mom is also a teacher they never asked her fo rher salary becoz we had stated we were sponsering. Show your sponser docs accurately. Also leave sancation and employment letter from her school where she is teaching will be very helpful. My mom had taken one letter stating her employment in that school and also that the leave was sancationed.
