Over Stayed my Visa

I had a H1/B1 status that ended 1/2000
in 2005 I had to go back to my home country (Emergency)
I have 2 kids in US, ages 11 and 14 - they both US citizens
How should I get a Visa to go back to US after being there for 5 years without a Visa

You will not be allowed to enter US for next 10 years as you were in US illegally 1 year or more.

Having US citizens kids does not help you in any way.
