DS-157 signature

The instruction is to sign the form DS 157, but there is no indication on the form to sign, can they sign just at the end of the form?

there is no space in ds 157 to put signatures .if the applicant needs to signature then how and where in the form?

In this site, under fillable forms -> documents -> visitor -> DS 157, it is mentioned that fill and sign. hence i am asking. is it required to sign? thanks.

Lata is right !!!

It does say that you have to sign the DS-157 and DS-156 by hand. Since there is no place in the DS-157 to sign I think it can only mean the topmost right corner where the applicant is suppose to sign/write in their native tongue.
