  • Regarding DS 160 form for visitor visa

    hello every one

    need advise

actually my uncle working as a manager in reputed company and in side he is having business where he is a silent partner.
now problem is that one consultancy advise him to hide his job duty and advise him to show only business actually he is earning 45000rs/month and filling Income tax return and all documents are genuine.
when he appeared in last interview in his ds 160 form he shows business instead of job and visa got rejected
now he want to apply again next month can he change the job profile as he is working currently in some company instead of business?

does it affect on his visa decision?

how we can change this mistake in correct way.how we can explain to visa consulate? or should we proceed with the same job duty as he shows

    pl advise at the earliest
    help would be really appreciated

    Thank you

Yes. He can show his business and job. He can show tax returns also if needed.

Nobody can say for sure. He can explain the situation to visa officer. When you apply for visa don't try to hide any information and be honest and this situation will not come.
This is not a legal advice. Use at your own risk.
