very unique situation
I am married to a nonresident, whose family still lives in mexico. His younger brother has a son who is 1 year 8 months old. He is having medical problems and his parents are getting no answers from doctors in Mexico. We know that he can get a visa for medical purposes but his parents are not applying for them a visa, only their son. I am a U.S. citizen and plan on flying down to pick him up so he can get proper medical treatment. Does anyone know all or most of the steps we need to do to ensure he can come to the U.S?
