Sponsor charged with criminal case needs to sponsor visitor visa for parents

Hi,
Recently, I got in to an unfortunate situation where I was charged with Domestic Violence. I am not convicted..we are actively trying fight off this criminal charges. In the mean time, I want to sponsor visitor visa for my parents. I have no prior criminal record (except for this recent charges) and I have been in the US for around 12+ years. Assuming all my documents are in proper order, I want to know if there would be any issues in approval of visitor visa. What kind of problems would my parents run in to because of my situation?

Can you please advise? Any help/suggestions would be highly helpful. thank you.

There should not be any problem. But if visa officer ask they need to provide proper documents.
