Hi All,
My mother B2 Visa was rejected and the officer did not ask any questions and did not even look at the documents which demonstrate the enough ties back to India. Can some of you help me clarifying the below which will be helpful?
1) How soon can i re-apply for the VISA again?
2) Do i need to fill a fresh DS-160 form if i re-apply for the VISA for her?
