visitor visa for parents in law

Hi

I am working on h1 for an year now in USA.
My wife is on H4.

However we have applied for H4 to H1 for my wife. which is still under processing.


Considering my wife gets her H1. As she will just start working and we are planning to apply visa for my in-laws, i have the following questions

1) can i still sponsor my in-laws
2) do i still need to wait and include my wife's payslips?
3) do i need to include any of my wife's employment documents?

3. You can. But it's not necessary.
