Petetion Expiring

Hi ,
My L1 B petetion is expiring on March 20th and My in-laws are having VISA appointment on Feb28th. My employer is applying for the extension but most likely i wouldn't be getting the approval notice by feb28th.
Would that adversly impact my inlaws chances of getting visa.

Please advice.

Just to get the clarity, my petetion and I-94 as well are expiring on March 20th. My employer is applying for extension of both, but i might not get the approval notice in hand by Feb 28th, the day which my in-laws are having VISA interview. Would that pose any problems.

As long as you applied for your extension and have proof of that it shouldn't be problem for your relative's interview.
