US Visa with Criminal Record

Hi There,

I had an arrest in Feb 1994 for felony charges and don't have any idea if the case has been resolved or been decided since I left US in 1996. However, since it is 10 years now I would like to know if I will have difficulty applying for a visitor visa and should I mention my arrest record on the visa application form.

Can some one guide me to my problem ?
