sponsoring tourist visa to wife

hi,
I have a green card. I am willing to marry a person in India. I understand that green card application would take long time.
a) can i bring my wife on tourist visa and later apply green card for her?
b) how much time it would take for getting a tourist visa
c) How much time it would take for getting a green card if i am applying in the month of April 2016
d) What are the other options for bringing my spouse to US.

e) This is my second marriage, and i have already applied green card to my ex-wife on employment based. i received the green card last year in 2014 and i got divorced in 2014.


In order to reapply green card to my current spouse, will i have any issues.

You being green card holder and already married, chances are very less for her visitor visa approval. She can't enter in USA with dual intent. She can try to come here on student visa or H1 visa.
