I just recently became a U.S. citizen, I was a permanent resident for over 20 years. I'm in the process of completing the green card paperwork for my husband. He already went for fingerprints, now we are just waiting for the interview. His kids are living in Tijuana Mexico. The oldest son who is 26 years old wants to come visit. Is it possible for him to apply and get a visitor's visa or will he be rejected because his info was already listed on the i-130 and i-485 petitions. I didn't apply for them to come at the same as my husband because of the money issues. Any info or advice would be greatly appreciated.
