  • B2 for Single, Self Employed/ Freelancer/ Full time contractor, what are my chances?

    Hey everyone,

This forum came as a great help.

    My case is like this.

I am a full time contractor / freelancer with a remote agency based in florida (who are in florida), i earn around 2L per month which makes it 24L per annum. I am working with them from past 7 years. I have ITR's and bank statements as income proof. I am single.

My parents have 10 years of canada tourist visa, so they're going to visit to my uncle (my maternal side uncle) and after that they've planned to go to california disneyland and my sister who studies in singapore is going to canada as and california as well, she also holds a canadaian visa and since she applied for US in singapore, she got one.

My cousins and sister are insisting me to plan for california disneyland as well. I've taken interview dates and i am not sure if i will get visa or not.

I also have canadian 3 study visa rejections.

    1) Freelancer
    2) Single
    3) My client is in US, florida as well.
    4) Canadian 3 study visa rejections.

But my reason is very clear, its tourism and a get together with my maternal side family in disneyland for around a week.

    Any clearance?

    -thanks. anish
