i have question that i am sponsoring my parents for B2 visa.

so its required to send both Bank statement and Bank account verification letter.

Or only if i send USA Bank account statement copy will work?

Yes, you need to show both of your documents in order to proceed further, with last 6 months of bank statement.

so i can take any date later from bank right their is no specific validity for letter expiry rt?
