reschedule

Hi,
My parents got visa appt for june 13th. I wud like to reschedule it.
So what is the procedure for it ?
Is there any confirmation question asked at the end - do u want to confirm your reschedule?
because i tried to do it yesterday, and the 1st screen says reschedule appointment.

If you want to reschedule it, just go to VFS web site and reschedule.
