Pls help: Visitor Visa for parents and sister

Hi:

My parents and sister have their visitor visa interview this month. My sister just finished her engg. and got a job offer in India. Will her visa get rejected because she can easily find a job in USA? What can she tell the visa officer to show that she will definately come back to India?

Only she can come up with some proof showing she will come back to India.

There is nothing really generic that will prove that for sure.
