My friend will be applying for a b1/b2 to see his sick father who is critically admitted in an ICU.
Below is his status:
-Has been previously issued a 10yr b1/b2 that is expired since 2011, have gone to the US twice for tourism purposes.
-Dad,Mom and youngest sister are in the US as permanent residents.
-32 years old,married,wife is working overseas,1 kid.He works a as paramedic in our city government,has his own savings and can fund his trip. He just want to provide support to his dad and mom at this moment.
-Will be travelling alone.
-letter of his dad's medical condition from the hospital is already with him.
As experts in this field,given his situation,can you give as your assessment of his chances to be approved and we appreciate if you can give us some advice.
