Question on B1/B2 Companion DS-160 form

Hi,

I have applied for B1/B2 Visa for myself and my spouse and kids (as companions). The first DS-160 form has accepted all the Companions and given me a confirmation no.. In this confirmation it only gave my Name provided and Passport details.

Do I need to refill my DS-160 form for all the family members ?

Yes. DS-160 form is per person. You can't make any changes in ds-160 form. You have to cancel and apply it again.
