what docs need to be mailed

I was wondering what documents need to be sent to the Consulate office. They say the documents should be mailed to them. Can some one please give me a checklist of all the docs that need to be mailed to them. I am confused
as the checklist says copy of supporting docs, so what all docs need to be attached, and should they be send in folders with tabs.
