Emergency B2 Visa

I have a medical emergency. My wife is hospitalised and I need my parents help. I have all the necssary paper work & also a letter from the hospital/doctor. I could not get an emergency appointment & the latest appointment i booked is in June. The communication with the channai consulate did not help (I am from Hyderabad AP and I had to book in chennai). At this point of time I am looking for any suggestion,help in getting an emergency early appointment. Any agents in India?

Hi, unfortunately, the emergency medical appointment is meant for the personbeing treated and those accompanying him or her.

If your wife is already in the US, it would probably not be possible for you to get an emergency medical appointment, as the purpose of the appointment is to get the patient to his or her hospital in the US.

Indeed, it would hardly be fair for anyone to deny a patient the opportunity to travel for much needed treatment by cornering said appointments.
