Parents visiting US on B1 in less than 6 months

Hi All,

My parents are visiting my sister in last week of Jan'16 and PoE is chicago. They left last time from USA in September'15. My sister son (grandson) is travelling along with them to USA.

Can you please let me know
1. Is there any rule that B2 visa holders shouldn't visit US in less then 6 months.
2. Is there will be any issue at PoE on gap between the visits (< 6 mon).

They are travelling to leave their grandson and return back to India.

In general visitor should spend more time in their home country than USA.

1. there is no set rule.
2. May be. It depends on port of entry immigration officer.
