Apply for B1/B2 after canada PR Visa

Hi,

i have applied for B1/B2 (along with my wife and 2 yr old child) but my passport has Canada immigration stamp even though i have not landed there as of yet. Will this affect my US Visa application?
I have good enough travel history (Australia, New Zealand, Turkey, UK, UAE, China) and also my spouse have been to US before on student visa.

When are you planning to come to Canada? Is there any reason you need to visit USA before you land Canada?

I will come to Canada in June- July. The US visit is for tourism. It had been planned before receiving the Canada immigration visa.

i am planing for june-july period. U.S trip was pre-planned before reeving the canada PR. My question is how will the Canada PR visa affect my chances of U.S visa.
