Visitor Visa B1 / B2 for Elder Brother

Hi,

I live in US for last 8 years.
My elder brother and his wife are Doctor in India.
They want to apply for US B1/B2 Visa for purely tourist purpose and visit us alongwith 13 years old Daughter.

What would be best way to apply
a)Sponsored -- I-134 and my Salary,Employment documents
OR
b)Self Sponsored by them-
