Visitor visa for parent-in-laws

Dear Friends,

I have to sponsor my parent-in-laws for visitor visa. I am on H1B.

In the document list provided, my in-laws need to carry birth certificate of my spouse also for Visa Interview.

My concern is-: There is a mismatch in the name of my father-in law in the birth certificate, his passport & my wife's passport. Like birth certificate has his first & last name (Vijay Sharma), His passport has first & middle name( Vijay Kumar), my wife passport has father's name as Vijay Kumar Sharma. Does it matter ? They need to appear for Visa interview in February first week.

Please advice.

You can make one and the same person affidavit for your father in law.
