Applying for b2 Visa

Hello All,

My b1 visa got rejected just 1 week before.
Can i apply for the b2 Tourist Visa with my wife after 2-3 months.?
Is there any chances that will rejected because of my 1st rejection ?
What should i prepare to get b2 visa.?
Do i need to must tell them my travel plan? or flight tickets.?

Yes i am self sponsoring my self.
May be at first time i was little bit nervous and my answers are little bit hurry.
In one question i misunderstood.

But isnt it they ask why i now applying for B2.?
Or prior rejection doesnt matter.?
