My girlfriend is from Colombia. She arrived here Dec 27 on a 6 mos tourist visa with her daughter. We have decided to get married in February. Can someone please help me with the process I need to get started? We have been together for a year and half and this is her third visit to see me. Currently I have her and the girl on my lease as occupants and the child is enrolled in a private pre-school. Im not exactly sure of what forms and for who I need to send in. Any help is appreciated.
