I have interview on the 28th of this month..i just wanted to ask if i need to tell to the VO that i have on going promotion (nurse manager to nurse supervisor) My form says i'm a nurse manager..i got promoted a week after i filled up my Ds 160 form..so i just based my current position at that time of answering the question from the form..so should i tell to the VO that i'm a nurse manager but have on going promotion as a supervisor..?

Yes. You need to specify that you are a nurse manager if VO asked. You can't make any changes in DS-160 form once you submitted so if there is any change you have to clarify in the interview if asked.
