If you need new appointment then you need to go throgh the new system called "VFS"

Before taking appointment, you need to pay the money in designated HDFC bank locations, bank will give you receipt number.

You need to have the receipt number while booking the appointment.

Need to go through the painfull process again.

Hope for good american CO. Not the burka/parda/scarf lady.

Help needed soon please

Hi Dhalia,
Can you please let me know who is the head of the Counsulates at Chennai ,because even 3rd time my Mother's visa was rejected.Not even once they saw the documents prepared .
So I want to email him about this or ask him what is the reason.Please can you send me the Highest Authority persons names/phone/email so that I can clarify and see if they can reconsider for a proper checking of documents and verify and issue the visa.Because it is really frustrating to apply for the 4th time.

Knowing those details is very difficult. What u can do is to goto the chennai consulate website, and u will get email id to contact the consulate. Start from there..

Did you try writing to local Senetor or Congress men? I not sure if that will help. I am sure they will reply to your querry.
