  • USA B1/B2 tourist visa for Parents

    Hi

I wanted to apply for USA B1/B2 tourist visa for my Parents & in laws. But I don't live/work in USA.
I am living & working in Mexico. So, wanted USA B1/B2 visa So, they can travel to Mexico.

Otherwise, I need to apply for Mexico tourist visa & USA C1 visa (transit visa), It will be more expensive and time consuming.

Can I suggest if it possible to get USA B1/B2 tourist visa for my Parents & in laws without having any invitation letter ?
I can show that I am going to sponsor their trip to USA. Also, ties to their home country(India).
Moreover, intention is to visit me in mexico.

It will be difficult for them to get US visa if you don't live in USA.

I would suggest you can apply for Mexico visa then transit visa for USA.
This is not a legal advice. Use at your own risk.
