Visitor visa(B2) for mothe in law who is a widow. Both of her kids are in USA.

We are applying b2 visa for my mother-in-law who is a widow. She is not working. She has a home(she rents it), agriculture land and some property. Me(h1b) and my wife(h4) are working. Will her unemployment and both her kids staying in USA be a problem? How should we prepare in this situation?
