Visitor visa/B2 - Mother and father having different address in passport/Pls help

I am applying for my parents visitor visa. I recently got both of my parents passport same time and my mother address in the passport
is different from my father address (only house number is changed because adhar card also has same change).

1) now both current address is same and i am planning to take interview appointment at same time.
2) Is there going to be any problem with different house number in the passport address?
3) if they dont get visa because of aaddress is different can i reapply for my mother passport and get new passport with new prrof of address (which is same as father address)?

If you have time before their interview, you can have it corrected with the Passport office.
if not, it is not a big problem they can go for the interview.
