    visa rejected and wrong date stamp in passport

    Hello,

    My parents visa was rejected on 24th Jan.
    i. No resons given.
    ii. Application received date in stamp in passport is WRONG (23rd Jan)


    What should we do ?
    Will the wrong date may cause some problem in next appointment ?
    Should we contact consulate for the reason for rejection and for wrong date ?

    Any help is appreciated.
