  • Surname not present in passport.Right way to fill the DS-160 for B1/B2 Visa

    Hello,

My passport has only the following names:

Given Names - YYYY YYYY ZZZZ

There is no surname. What is the correct way to fill the DS-160 as SURNAME is mandatory.

Can I put Surname as ZZZZ and Given names as YYYY YYYY.

    Please respond at the earliest

    Thanks

Put first name in surname and FNU in first name. I am in process of applying visa for my parents and my research for this problem has lead me to this decision. It is also written in instructions for DS 160.

Yes , we can fill given name in SURNAME and FNU in given name, here i would seek your (immihelp) help for below 2 point :

      1) we will get FIRST NAME and LAST NAME column both in DS160 and visa apointment form, SO where we have put FNU now ? in FIRST NAME and put the given name always in LAST NAME ??

      2) Again same question for AIR ticket as well, in AIR ticket bookin also we need to put FNU in first name or in LAST NAME column ?

      thanks.
