Hello all,
My in laws live in Andhra Pradesh. We are trying to book an appointment for them at Chennai and are getting the dds. Meanwhile we heard the news that a consulate at Hyderabad is about to be opened on March 9th. My delivery due date is July. If we want to get a appt. for May or June, should we wait until the Hyd. one gets effective since it would be the right one for Andhra jurisdiction? Or can we book one at Chennai now and transfer it to hyd. if the rules does get in affect? Please help. Thanks!
