US Visitor Visa Renewal for Parents - Need Help

Hi All - My parents have a 10 year Visitor visa which will expire in March 2017. Can anyone tell me when they can apply for a renewal of their Visitor visa? Do they need to reapply for the visitor visa and appear for an in-person interview again at US Consulate? Or is there a way to apply for Visa renewal? My parents are 66 and 57 years old. Appreciate your help!

If you apply for same visa and same consulate then you are eligible for Drop Box Visa facilities
So call your nearest VFS Center for more information
