Visa approval...but no ticket

Hi
My friend just got his Visa and i told him i had ordered his ticket but it didnt go through and he had already told Consulate he had ticket...so what can we do now?.....Will he be denied now?

You can use any ticket,As long as you have a return ticket confirmed in case of visitor visa.
