Hi

i am a bachelor. I plan a month long holiday to the US along with my friends to the US in the month of May. Apart from visiting different place in the US I will also meet my brother and sister families(US CITIZENS) in the US for a couple of days

I will be applying for the visitor visa soon.

I plan to declare sponsorship in the visa application form as self. I plan to show an 10 lakhs amount in the account.

Additionally I plan to take a sponsor ship letter from my brother in law as a backup.

All above is factual.

Is this ok or will double sponsorship information be viewed as contradictory.

Should I state in the sponsorship letter that this is additional backup.

In addition to the savings, your regular income and other financial ties to home country also matter.

If you don't have any money or income, you can get sponsorship through your brother. Otherwise, it is not necessary.
