Multiple visitors visa?

I am on L1 visa in USA. I have applied for my parents tourist visa to come out here. I want to know whether it is possible to apply for my in laws visa also within 3-4 months after my parents visa has been sanctioned. Could someone who has applied for parents and inlaws within a short time tell me if it is possible and if so is there something I have to do.

As far as u can show good bank balance, u can apply for in laws as well.
