Visit and I-130

Hi I would like to know my brother apply I-130 for me 8years back till now no progress.
And more over I want to apply for visit can I apply and do i have to mention that i already applied form I-130.

Yes. Sometime visitor visa approved if there is pending immigrant visa application but it will be really depends on visa officer.

8 years is a long time, so you are safe. Also, I assume the I-130 was not denied.

However the final decision will be based on the case (reason) you present for the visit during the interview.

Chances of a B2 while a pending Petition are slim at best. You must mention all visa attempts in your application. USemb already has that information in their computers.
