visa interview best answer

hi, I am applying for B1/B2 visa. I had it 3 times before. but this time I got my brother had asylum; and my mother in law, is a US citizen, and applied for us a family petition visa. So how these two factors would affect my chance to get a visa for the forth time. And if the counselor asked me about them, what is the best answer to not appear as a potential immigrant. thank you

If visa officer ask then you have to answer you have a pending immigrant visa application. In this kind of situation sometime visitor visa approve so it will be evaluate by visa office.
