How long can i stay in usa within one visit if i have a tourist visa b2 for 3 years but the border officer did not give me any form with the end of my stay and in the stamp in passport page is only the date of my arrival and no supposed day of departure?

When you enter the immigration officer at the airport put the stamp on your passport. That is called I-94 stamp and you can stay until that day.
What is your arrival date in USA? You need to contact CBP office.
