Hi. I am a mother of a minor child in the USA. In 2012, I gave the rights to the father of my child to take him to USA at least for him to have a better future. As I am an overseas mother and I still have 2 kids back in the Philippines. When they reached there 2012 to 2013 it was smooth sailing.However on Feb 2014 the grandmother of my child ask to speak with me. As the father of my child has abandoned them together with his 2 elder siblings and left them with the grandmother. The grandmother told me that they will be returning back home to Philippines for retirement and worried for the custody of the children. About 3 months passed the eldest of the sibling has found a gay boyfriend about 58 years old and told me they are going to live with him. The grandparents has approved of it and the father of my child has given guardianship to him. It was smoothsailing I was informed about the condition of my child. I called him and message him as well. However this month, the gay guardian has just informed me my kid is not with him anymore. The father has taken him and the father wants him out of guardianship and the father claiming that the guardian has molested my child. I am devastated and I am confused. I dont know what to do. I just want to take my child back to Philippines.I will just work hard to give him a brighter future. I am so worried about my child and I am not sure what are the steps O need to take. I dont know if the US embassy will allow me to go there and just take my child.I done even know the address of my child now. Please I need help.I am seeking your good hearts to help me find my child and bring him back to my country.
