B2 Visa purpose of visit

Hi All,

My Brother in law is graduating in May 2016.
I am sponsoring visa for my Mother In Law.
Can she mention that she is visiting USA for tourism, to spend time with her daugter, SIL and also to attend graduation ceremony of her son.
Will it be ok if I sponsor for her visa when she is coming for her sons Graduation ceremony.

Visa Status: (My wife is working on H4 visa and I am on H1b.)

Mother-in-law: Widowed.

Any suggestions please.

Can mention all those reasons if that's what she plans to be her purpose of visit. Idea is to be truthful, and let Visa Officers make decision based on facts.
