Mother In Law's visa Rejected - Chennai

Consulate - Chennai

My mother in law has took sufficient evidence for the proof of property, bank statements etc. Also she has been to UK - 3 times before which is evident on the passport. But, still her visa has been rejected which came in as a shock to us as we were quite optimistic. Also she is a widow and has 4 children. One in India, one in USA and two in UK.....

Does anyone know what are the precaution steps we need to take in order to reapply for the visitor visa. Please help us out.

She has to prove her strong ties to India and will come back from US.
